Sec 190(2) - Violate the standards of road safety, control of noise and air pollution:

• Rs. 500/- (2W and 3W),
• Rs. 1,000/- (4W),
• Rs. 1,500/- (LMV Transport Vehicle),
• Rs. 2,000/- (Medium or Heavy Transport Vehicles)

Sec 192 - Using vehicle without registration or fitness:

• Rs. 2,000/- (2W and 3W)
• Rs. 5,000/- (4W)
• Rs. 2,000/- (Agriculture Tractor/ Trailer)
• Rs. 5,000/- (Goods vehicle)

Sec 194B(1) - Driver or passenger without seat belt: Rs. 1,000/-

Sec 194B(2) - Carrying children below 14 years without safety belt / child restraint system: Rs. 500/-

Sec 194(C) - Riding more than two persons on 2W: Rs. 100/-

Sec 194(D) - Riding without helmets: Rs. 1,000/-

Sec 196 - Driving Uninsured Vehicle: Rs. 1,000/- (for Two/Three Wheeler), Rs. 2,000/- (for other than above)
