4. Seatbelt: All the people sitting in the four wheeler must compulsorily wear seatbelt. Children should not be seated in the front seat of the vehicle as they cannot sit comfortably to their less height. Child seats must be used for children as per the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
5. Mirrors: Before starting to drive, the driver must ensure that both the rear view mirrors have been properly adjusted and he can see the traffic approaching from behind. Same is applicable to the rear view mirror fitted inside the car. Adjusting mirrors while driving can lead to distraction.
