I Intend to Move in to the Left or Turn Left
Take your hand out and rotate in anti-clockwise direction. This implies that you wish to turn left or move your vehicle to the left hand side.
I Intend to Stop
Take your hand out and face the palm at the direction you are moving. Turn your hand from elbow, forming a ninety degree angle, this indicates that you wish to stop the vehicle.
I Intend to Move Out to the Right or Turn Right
Stretch your hand out and keep your palm facing towards direction you are moving but do not move your hand.
Indicating the Car Following You to Overtake
Overtaking should be done only when it is permitted by the vehicle moving in front of you. Driver who wishes to permit, would take his hand out and would rotate in forward and backward direction allowing you to overtake.
