Sec 204: Laboratory Test

A person who has been arrested under section 203 may provide specimen of his blood for a laboratory test to such medical practitioner as may be produced by police officer.

Sec 205: Presumption of unfitness to drive

In any proceeding for an offence punishable under section 185 if it is proved that the person had refused to provide specimen of his breath or his blood for a laboratory test may be considered as presumption of unfitness to drive.

Sec 206(4): Power of police officer to impound document

A police officer or other person authorized by the State Government has reason to believe that a person has committed an offence under section 185 may seize the driving license held by such driver and forward to the licensing authority for disqualification or revocation.
