Forms of Distraction

In terms of driving environment, we may categorise distraction as:

• Internal: Such as activities you are doing inside your vehicle. This may partially be applied in case of a two-wheeler for example speaking on phone while driving.
• External: These may include outside factors such as road environment. For example, sudden movement of animals on road, activities along roadside or hoardings and billboards etc.
