Precautions to be Taken for Safety
- Keep a Torch With You
Choice of bright coloured clothes is a wise decision. In addition, you may keep a torch with you if you are walking in dark. This will also help other drivers to see you. If you are riding a bicycle then make sure it has reflectors, headlight and taillight.
- Avoid Traveling in Bad Weather
If it is raining heavily, or there is dense fog, or it is stormy outside then it is advised to wait to get it settled. Moving out in extremely bad weather can be risky. If it is urgent to move out, do not go alone. If you are stuck in bad weather then find a safe place and wait till it gets clear. Take help from others and inform your parents at home and share your whereabouts.
