What are Road Signs

Hello Friends. In this module we will learn about very interesting topic which is Road Signs. Many a times while coming to school in a school bus or along with your parents you might have seen some different symbols or graphics displayed on boards which are installed near the roads. Some examples are shown in the given picture. These are called as Road Signs and they are an important medium of communication to the drivers and other road users.

Look at the picture, Road Signs have different colours and shapes and there is obvious reasons behind them. Road Signs are means of communication to the road users to warn and guide them in advance. Roads Signs are vital when we talk about safety of all road users. In this module we will learn about categories of road signs along with their examples.
